How to increase test naturally

Basically title I’m going through puberty and want to make sure that I will get the most test production bc the test are showing very little test in my system right now. I’m also too broke to buy testosterone to inject and my doctor didn’t want to prescribe it to me so I’m basically left with just trying to optimize my own test. Any tips, things to avoid, etc is appreciated
