2. Gymmaxxing (focus on big muscles such as legs);
3. Eat 1g/Lb of protein daily, prioritize Vitamin D and B12 supplements (if u pretend to spend money but don't have that much to invest on steroids) and eat Omega 3;
4. Avoid soy based food (I recommend checking the nutrition facts if there are any advertising of soy containing);
5. Sleep 7-8 hours at least;
6. Placebo effect - Since you're using a lot of copes that people will recommend claiming increasing your testosterone, you should at least belive that those things will do the effects, and it will eventually happen.

bulking is good for testosterone too. losing weight(caloric deficit) lower testosterone unless you are very obese from my experience.

- drink 3-4+ liters of water
- exercise regularly and eat carbs to avoid cortisol spikes
