I’m 14 and I got my test checked and it was 350 which is low
And I drink 1 gallon of raw milk per day so maybe that’s why
But what do y’all think about the milk and what else should I do to increase testosterone

Ik that’s what I’m thinking, I’m thinking way less milk and more organs and fat
Try buying healthy raw organs online and eat it. Ill probably do the same when I jobmax during college, but ill be 19 by then so idk if it will do anything. If it does nothing just gear atp

So, there are like a million threads of this forum to maximize your testosterone. By the way, 1 gallon of raw milk a day is idiotic, way easier ways to get your calories in, it's full of estrogens, and raw animal products are almost in no circumstances good. Last time I checked I was in the 700 range, which is not super high, but it's higher than average.

Anyway, here's the testosterone checklist, figure out how to actually implement these on your own:
- Sleep & Circadian Rhythm: 7.5 to 9 hours
- Sun Exposure: 30 minutes to 1 hour daily
- Stress Management
- Nutrition: Zero micronutrient deficiencies, enough fat, enough protein and also enough carbs before sleep or training.
- Training

The rest of methods offer zero results and are just cope, or do offer benefits but are so marginal that they aren't worth implementing into your life. A few supplements may also offer small boosts like Tongkat Ali and other herbs or minerals, but most of them only work if you have low testosterone (which is kinda your case) or if you have nutrient deficiencies (which you should be addressing anyways, not supplementing), so for most people they're not worth it. The only "test booster" I personally recommend is Ashwagandha, I did Tongkat Ali but it didn't significantly improve my testosterone because I was already in a healthy range.

I’m assuming you want to avoid roiding so this is what I’d recommend
Get 7-9 QUALITY hours of sleep. Knowing your 14, your probably staying up late nightly playing video games instead of getting deep sleep. There’s a study showing less than 6 hours of sleep can decrease testosterone as much as 10-15%.
Eat a Whole Foods diet. I promise raw carnivore diet is nothing special and isn’t gonna give you some mythical cave man gains. Eat COOKED red meat, chicken, eggs, fruits, potatoes, dairy, and some veggies. Skip the BS. Don’t eat sugary processed trash 5 days a week and you should up your testosterone from the fact your filling the rdi’s for your micronutrients.
Of course exercise is important. I’d recommend you lift full body 3x/week or upper/lower 4x/week. Do some cardio or play a sport.
Supplement Vitamin D, or take 20-30 to be out in the sun shirtless. This is a underrated stable for test boosting
After those, Enclomiphene is a SERM that prevent the conversion of testosterone to estrogen. You could take that three days a week to achieve better testosterone gains for many this could be as much as 300-400ng.

Drop the gallon of milk and follow this guide, hope it helps

Drink normal milk raw milk is overhyped by some low iq tiktokers:feelsuhh:

raw milk is a jewish bio weapon to control your testosterone and keep it low, to raise it you'll need to blast steroids as this will expand your ballsack thus making more sperm thus creating more testosterone and making your stronger
