Prologue
Will be a pretty short thread. Over the course of looksmaxxing history, height has been a very much important sector to increase ones own attractiveness as a male. There have been many ways that have been implemented and explained on the forum, whether natural or not. But once I have not seen to often I'd sprinting.
INCREASE HGH
Sprinting 3 times a week will increase your human growth hormone in your body by around 700 percent. 5 sprints for around 30 seconds each round. Give around a 30 seconds to a minute of break time between each sprint.
Just that 3 times a week will help you.
Don't do them for 3 days straight though. Give a day of rest or 2 in between each workout.
Sprinting and running in adolescence and youth also helps improve and strengthen bones. It makes them stronger, more durable, and it will generally increase bone mass during adolescence.
Also just being active in general and playing sports such as basketball are good ways to increase hgh. Sprinting and running (when done in correct form) can also improve your posture. Many inactive people are the ones who have terrible posture.
I have seen claims online that the affect that sprinting has on hgh is minimal but based on the evidence including it's help with bones, posture and other sources saying that it increases hgh levels, I'd beg to differ.

Stay active and train just follow the plan for sprinting. Hgh and height isn't the only benefit from that. Stay safe and I wish you the best.
