How to induce puberty w/out ruining final height and closing plates early?

I am 16 years old, around early tanner stage 3, I have some curly dark pubes but not very thick, minimal arm pit hair, dont have dark leg hair, can only produce clear fluid, and I am 5'8. My parents are 6'3 (dad) and 5'9 (mom) I want to induce puberty and develop fast as I am practically a pre-pubescent kid who can drive. All of my classmates are early-puberty warriors and I know I can put them all to shame once I develop. How can I induce puberty and rapidly develop without killing my final height and closing my plates early. I was thinking about either taking 3iu hgh for a while or micro dosing test, 125mg monthly to induce w/out closing plates early. Please let me know what I can do to fix this. Being delayed sucks so much ass as I cant put on muscle size fast like others, grow, and it pushes me away from teen love.

hgh and test, it wont affect your height, neither will significanly improve it since your 16

75-125mg weekly, but remember every body acts different to it so is kinda hard to determine a proper dosage that doesnt fuck up height, and honestly im not really that invested in testosterone but i know a few facts, like the dosage i told you is used in TRT.
