just what im going to do personally, ik its not the smartest thing aging wise. But would like to be able to grow a bit of muscle while young. planned to start rapy at like 30

no need for the hostility, we all have preferences in the tradeoffs we make. i prefer an extra inch or 2 on my bidelt during my prime and dying a tad earlier from 10 years more years of not inhibiting mTOR, you obv prefer the opposite and thats fine.
