avoid them at all cost, wear a mask / make a mast with a t shirt and say u sick or tried something that failed (if they know u alr into some weird shit). It depends how much u will bloat but for me it was impossible to make it up if i had to (i live alone so didnt have that issue) even 3.5 days after my neighbour asked me what happened to my face

Only 2 weeks after rn but my face alr look a bit less fat. I'll do 4 session total 4-3-3 weeks apart and wait 6 weeks after the last one to make a big post / guide on my experience with it
