how to inject igf-1 lr3 for height growth

how and where to inject without dying? I heard that if you hit the veins you may die...

You won't find a guide for height growth purposes since very few people injected it with that very purpose in mind (people with igf-1 deficiecny inject real igf-1 not igf-1 lr3) however you can find a lot of guides on bodybuilding websites since it's primary use today is muscle hypetrophy, sub-q would have a less localized effect than Intramuscular from what i've read also but you should find more guide about the intr-muscular technique.
Also keep in mind that it's half-life is huge and it affects every divisible cells, the risk of ending up with a cancer is pretty high and in that case it would be well over for you.
