How to keep vials cool w/o a minifridge

I don't have a minifridge to store peptides/HCG. Would a thermos of ice work?

If you constantly replace the ice. But at that point why don't you just put them in a hydroflask or something, and then hide them in your real fridge?

most people use a shoebox full of ice and replace it every 12-24hr
one of those really good thermoses would be much better though and use less ice and shit
