How to keep weed tolerance low?

I’ve been using weed for my sleep and it works great. Only issue is tolerance. How do I keep it low?

Take weekly breaks instead of daily

I can’t do that if I’m using it for sleep nightly my tolerance only goes up if I smoke during the day so I guess I’ll take one day break and go back to nightly

So far the best thing for me has been to only use it at night, keep the dose low and take 1-2 days off per week

i know it sounds cope but the first time i used melatonin is helped so much. works crazy at 10-20mg

maybe on your off days once or twice per week use melatonin as a dif sleep stimulant yk

souds like you got a sleep issue tho i had one too a good solution is just relaxing your thougths and wanting to sleep. taking a hot shower and stretch in pitch black till you are bored and wanna sleep

that should get you more tired rather than high especially with melatonin and you wont really get as much of a tolerance

forgot to mention hgh that shit put me to sleep so fast ive never felt more tired. I was w some girl when i took it and i had to leave her place yet i couldnt even lift my arm i barley got home

i dont do hgh rn that shits too expensive and i dont have a fridge. 4-10IU should be fine tho for sleep. even MK will work for this tbh maybe even better
