We all know anxiety is terrible for you physically and mentally. Guys who have managed to get rid of most of your anxiety, how did you do it? This is what my current anti-anxiety stack looks like:

Nofap
Cold showers
Meditation/mindfulness
Ashwaghandha
7-8 hrs sleep
Heavy lifting/hiit
Deep breathing
Super clean diet

Despite of all this, I still suffer from bad anxiety (social and generalized). At 23, I have a bunch of grey hair already. What can I do to become less neurotic and live normally? This anxiety is affecting all aspects of my life, and I'm sick and tired of it.

To kill anxiety you have to start killing the basis of anxiety.

Which is yourself.

EDIT: It seemed like I gave you a metaphor that told you to kill yourself, didn't mean it that way tbh.

deep breathing helps bro
Idk I don't see how it would.
The other two are definitely memes though.

To answer OP I'd do drugs if all that you mentioned didn't work.

Anxiety stems from thinking you’re more important than you actually are

only psychedelics/SSRI and testosterone significantly decreased my anxiety/neurasthenia levels. Meditation is good but only as a supplement. It does help a little with anxiety and focus.
Before I would score top 97-99% in neurasthenia ( big 5 personality test)
Now it's around 10-15%

People just still don't get the idea that there 2 types of origin for anxiety and depression.
One is exogenous- it means that it was triggered by bad upbringing, rotting lifestyle, being bullied in school during development years and ext.
and another is endogenous. This means that there is a malfunction in your body. Chemical imbalance and ext. The latter won't be fixed by deep introspection, because there is nothing to look for. In some cases exposure therapy work here, its heavily documented fact that most people do change their brain structure after successful exposure therapy. But it doesn't work for everybody and takes a very long time with no result guaranteed. In my opinion, you just better check your testosterone levels and get a prescription for SSRI.

This is is the type of info I was looking for...I have long hypothesized that this was due to an imbalance in the brain.

shrooms/LSD. You can experiment with full dive also, but I really suggest to start with microdosing. They are very similar in terms of effect- slightly better mood/ less anxiety/ more energy/better libido ext but I would personally stick to shrooms because they have a more pronounced effect on changing the brain chemistry. IIRC they tune down activity in the amygdala which is associated with negative emotions. Sometimes results are permanent. Lsd, on the other hand, has 0 scientific evidence of long-lasting change to the brain.
a typical protocol is like 0.25g every third day. That way you get maximum benefits and avoid tolerance. Stick to this protocol for a month and just evaluate your condition. If it's still not Nuff I would suggest hop on SSRI( Lexapro).

Mirtazapine is helping me alot.
Better than ssri for many reasons, dont kill ur dick, more assertivness, better effect on hormones and Dopamine and slightly more effective in treating depression.

I didn't notice significant changes from Paxil/Prozac/Zoloft or mirtazapine. The effects are very similar. Mirtazapine has 1 big side effect which affects many people though. Slowing down metabolism and massive weight gain. I got like 5kg of pure fat in a span of 3 months on a caloric restriction diet. Only roiding returned me back to normal.

Contrary to what these rotting retards tell you drugs, supplements, or any kinda of fuckign breathing or meditiation wont fucking help you.
The only way to actually beat anxiety is to be truthful to urself and relize you cannot fucking socialize and have no idea and/or experience connecting with people.
Once you relize this the hardest step is to take action. Approach hot bitches. Say hello to people for no fucking reason. strike up convos with everyone.
Start on your path to become the best version of yuorself. Until you start on this path to success, you will always feel empty inside and unfullfilled.
You are stuck here and you will not survive. So make the most out of your life or you will regret it and have eternal suffering.
