google says 0.8 per kilogram in body, so i multiply 0.8 with 78 i get 62.4 but that doesnt sound like a lot

0.8 is just for survival and good health
2 is for gains, more muscle mass

If I cant meet the goal, then 50g whey with milk and honey. But I can always meet.

Just eat a gram per pound of bodyweight. Thats the standard. I don’t know kilos and shit so just convert your weight to pounds and eat that much protein daily. General rule of thumb is to keep protein higher during a cut (preserve muscle.) protein should also be high during a bulk of course, but it’s not as important since carbs and fats are also anabolic.
