By your ogee curve. If your ogee curve is closer to your eyes = high set. If closer to the bottom of your nose = low set

Mine would be at eye level if they'd be any higher, so that's a criteria for high cheekbones. Generally draw a line from upper lips to the height of the IPD line, and see at what % the cheekbones lie. Above 80% is considered high.

Put your pointer finger at the top part of where your ear connects to your face, then put another finger or a thumb at the base of your nose on the side of the according nostril in relation to the side you put your first finger on, then slide those two fingers together to find a rough estimate of where your cheekbones are. Otherwise just feel around your cheek and find the most protruding part of your cheekbone, and if it's closer to your eyes than to the bottom of your nose, than you have higher set cheekbones. If your cheekbones are closer to the bottom of your nose than to your eye, you have lower cheekbones

The line from one pupil to another, with which you measure the IPD (interpupillary distance). That line also shows you the height of your pupils. The intersection with a vertical line starting from your upper lip is the height for the pupils.
The intersection between that vertical line and the horizontal line from one cheekbone to another is the cheekbone height.
Then you divide the cheekbone height by the pupil height to get the percentage.
