Use the mirror, a mirror in case you don't know is a polished sheet of silver or another reflective material - you probably have one in your house, so yeah take a look at the mirror and focus on your face - your face is that thing where the mouth and eyes are in case you don't know, so you inspect your face and if it has disgusting red spots then you should hop on 60mg of accutane two times a day and not a molecule less
