One thing I noticed going into my early 20's was that facial acne started going away.

After that, its gg for your testosterone. It will be an uphill battle for the rest of your life, no free lunch like in your teens.

Every male family member is 5’10 minimum max is 6’4 which is my paternal cousin

Yeah I was 5’7 at 17 and now I’m 20 and just over 5’9 and my parents are shorter than yours. Hands and dick also grew. So I think you’ll be good. You won’t be 6’3 like your dad but I could see you hitting 5’11.

I will admit I was a late bloomer. I was barely 5 feet tall at age 13. But only time will tell if OP will grow.

Puberty can last 6-10 years depending on genes or hormones. I’m not sure what his bone age is. But best case scenario he grows until 19. He should get a knee growth plate X-ray sit he’s really curious. If they’re fused, then he will have to start saving for LL.

He said he only grew one inch after 13 in three years, so I really doubt he’ll grow any more. But yeah he could get an x-ray to confirm this unfortunate situation.
