How to know if my Frame is big enough

Compared to my height, how do i know it?

My deltoids are already a bit trained but how do i know my frame is good enough?

you are 160cm, unless you have 16 inch bidelt it shouldn't be that bad.

if other men feel intimidated when you walk in the room and clearly respect you, then you have a good frame, if not its cope unless baby face or something

not sure if there's any formulas for this but I think your shoulder width should be approaching 1/3rd of your height.

an average person has a shoulder width of 1/4th their height.
