how to know if u have psychosis?

I am smart I guess, not just a "muh high iq" larper, I am doing a degree in laser physics (sounds cool, its basically just abt photons)

but I can't tell if I have it

I don't wanna go to somewhere for a diagnosis

how to tell?

I may just have to live with it I guess, I only had like one moment months ago tho so might have been something else.

yeah, its not all about looks, if you are average u can still get into many relationships. A LOAD of people on here could just get tinder or smth and slay some ltb-mtb

When I start to slip into psychosis, I get a slow creeping feeling like something is off or wrong. Like nothing is real, like I'm in some alien dimension. I feel completely disconnected. Then I start to drink, and things spiral from there. I start to have visions of the future in my dreams, and hear voices. There's a demon that follows me around, it attacks me when I try to stop drinking. It appears to me in the morning, It appears as a cloaked shadow or a man who sits on my bathroom sink or on my bed. It pulls my covers off me when I'm sleeping and I scream in terror. I'm going to have to battle it soon
