if ur nose to zygo width ratio is in the ideal range, your mouth width is the failo, not ur nose width. make sure u check these two ratios before u fuck shit up

Also, if your mouth is not meeting your IPD in width, it likely is your mouth width. The mouthpill is the most brutal pill. It can turn someone from narrow faced to not narrow face with just a bit of widening.
