how to know if what you buy on indiamart is bs

I know im a grey but bare with me, i am trying to buy oral minox (2.5mg) on indiamart and all the options look the same. Is there any difference between sellers and are all of their products properly dosed and not gonna make me explode or something. Yes i see "Verified Exporter, TrustSEAL, GST VerifiedIEC Verified" but i want to be sure.
