What is the best shoulder to hip ratio, ofc it depends on height of individual but how do i mesure my build and know is it narrow or not

Idk man when i look at mirror i have good lengt of clavicles but when i look at camera my head looks 10 times bigger than my body and niggas usually tell me im built good but other niggas say i look like ass so idk i want too mesure it

lens distortion, you probably cant tell since u dont have much muscle but even if you dont its not hard to tell if theyre narrow or wide
