Look at the ogee curve if you aren’t lean. If the malar eminence (most projecting bit) is near the base of your nose then log off since it’s over. If it’s at the height a bit below the middle of the nose and above then you’re good and they would be considered high. The closer it is to the eye the higher it is.

If I’m not wrong, if your cheekbones are vertically small, then they are very high; if they are are decently tall they are high and if they are very tall then they are low set. Use this if your cheekbones lack anterior projection so you can’t see the ogee curve.

I’m not sure though.
