How to know if you need ccw rotation

Knowing if you need it in the maxilla is pretty obvious due to the occlusion plane angle.

But what about the upper maxilla/paranasal and cheekbones? How to know if you need rotation there?
 
Align the side profile in the frankfurt plane and conduct craniofacial analyses using the proper cephalometric indications.

So your saying as long as ypu have an ideal nasofrontal, nasolabial, occlusion plane angle and gonial angle ypu have good ccw rotation? Makes sense

Facial convexity angle is also a good measure
