I have first web consultation with Ramieri on monday and would like to know which one I should choose

I don't have a gummy smile
my maxilla is vertically short

I want more lower third height ( probably achieved through genio ) and more maxilla height.
i don't have a real SFS case but it hurts my looks.

and I saw 4 very GOOD before after from Ramieri so decided to go with him.
he said I need braces + decompenssation to fix my bite and I think he s right and smart

yeah holy shit took you a while though i consulted with him and got braces very quickly after finding out i’m recessed

yes I postponed operation because I was broke and needed to save more money for bimax ( no job + cocaine + NT hangouts with friends cost me 6000$ a year )

glad I ve waited because I would went for Safi or Alfaro instead if I would done it last year in 2023 when I had the money.
turned out they botched a lot and they don't really fix SFS like Ramieri does.

Plus I had the time to review Ramieri's job and I think he 's the perfect surgeon for my case , mandibular retrusion + SFS and lower third height + fix bite occulsion with braces.
