bruh, he’s 14 I highly doubt he would get implants

but yea, when he isn’t clenching it doesn’t look as good but regardless how did he change his jaw like that

5'7 at 14 isnt even bad bruv. I was 5'6 when I turned 14 and 5'10 when turned 15. Gained 2 more inches in 5 months 6ft now
