How to know which Vit C serum is legit?

I know it has to be L-absorbic acid otherwise it’s cope but is there a recommended % strength or something I should be looking for other than that.

I’m a bit thrown off prices range from $10-40 and I have no idea which one is legit or not

it got vit C vit E and hydrolaucic acid on it

it works super good btw my mom told me my skin got ligther and better because she thinks im drinking more water
