How to larp after skin bleaching at work

Right now I am using this lotion sun screen that gives me illusion of lighter skin, and my co workers notice saying “if I got lighter?” I larp saying I just started putting sun screen, but once my skin bleaching stack kit arrives. I would be way lighter than the frauded sun screen, so how tf will I larp my way outta that. They will obviously notice that I am skin bleaching, so how can I make it seem that it happen naturally? Without them hating on me and calling me a racist?
