I'm really considering doing Aqualyx, but the bloat honestly looks so bad. What do I even tell my parents? How should I larp it to them

I have a couple ideas,

1. If you have any allergies, say you accidently consumed the food or came in contact with the allergen

2. "What are you talking about?? does my face really look bloated??" act concerned, pretend like you don't know.

3. Get a day out in the sun and larp sun poisoning, your face will be very red and its a great explanation, "Yeah I was just trying to get tan I think I got too much sun.. could be sun poisoning i'm a little nervous..
