all braces are the same all the bracket type changes is how often you have to get them tighened

say your tounge doesn't fit the roof of your mouth and you have nasal breathing issues and you read online that a palate expander could help

its not like MARPE where you need to fake sleep apnea, they simply look at ur palette and see what they should do.

Probaly damon braces but you need to measure your own pallet if its to narrow then ask for one or just larp about breathing problems and sleep apnea
