first of all i didn’t ever had sex, but i came across this guide some time ago and read it yesterday and it’s pretty good for everyone out there slayng girls:

I’ve tried it “myself” and i was basically just relaxing and counting every 2,4,6,8.. and it works better if you don’t do it in your native language, i lasted counting like till 700 and really i wasn’t near coming, usually it took me very little time, and i just got bored and finished it off , i was really but really covered in sweat also. But passing from not even 5m to like 20 and your hand hurting so much without you even finishing is pretty good of an achievement
