Title never tried getting lean before been trying for a week and I get so hungry tired and fatigued 😞😞 no drugs pls delay gratification

Starvemaxx / faste. You can do this 2 ways. Eat bare minimum food. Im talking 3 slices of bread with nothing on for 1 for breakfast 1 for lunch and 1 for dinner. Or you can carnivore diet. Eat meat ONLY liver is one of the best options. And do boxing or something that burns alot of calories( skipping ropes burn 2x amount of calories as ru ning )

Eat only meat, eggs, and fruits for carbs. You’ll lose fat very fast because ur insulin won’t be spiked much.

You shouldn't be starving. You can cut weight and actually be full most of the time. If you're this hungry and especially fatigue, it means you're eating too little and probably not the right nutrients.

You cut by cutting some calories, and eating lots of proteins and healthy fats. You eat pretty close to the amount you usually eat, but healthier and a bit less. You may not be fully satisfied in your hunger levels at times, but you shouldn't be feeling hungry too much.

Then you slowly add things to your cut to continue the weight loss and breaking platues. For example, after a couple weeks of the first step, you drop a little bit more calories or you add in running 1-2x a week. Then After a few weeks you add either an extra running day, or increase your distance, or you just cut a bit more calories.

Eventually you will lose the weight you want without getting too hungry. Even at the end of the cut, you should be in a place where when you eat, you eat enough to be satisfied but not full. If you're a young man, and your workout consistently on a routine and do some cardio on the side, you should be able to lose weight eating as much as the average person eats in a day. Remember during a cut you always need to lift weights. Lifting weights during a cut is more important than the cardio. If you're new to lifting (less than 1.5yrs) you can build muscle on your cut pretty easily.

Doesn’t work you’ll spam McDonald’s later when your appetite spikes
idk for me my appetite only really spikes if i run so i just incline walk

Yeah. If you have built up alot of muscle just retain it by having a carnivore diet. Meat ONLY. Liver is the best option as it contains all the bodies needs except carbs. ( protein, all vitamins, minerals, electrolytes. <<this o ly applies if the animal is grass fed )

OMAD, Raw Carnivore Diet, maybe some cardio (only if you really have the motivation, dont force yourself)
