Am gonna lose so much muscleStarvemaxx / faste. You can do this 2 ways. Eat bare minimum food. Im talking 3 slices of bread with nothing on for 1 for breakfast 1 for lunch and 1 for dinner. Or you can carnivore diet. Eat meat ONLY liver is one of the best options. And do boxing or something that burns alot of calories( skipping ropes burn 2x amount of calories as ru ning )

Yeah. If you have built up alot of muscle just retain it by having a carnivore diet. Meat ONLY. Liver is the best option as it contains all the bodies needs except carbs. ( protein, all vitamins, minerals, electrolytes. <<this o ly applies if the animal is grass fed )Am gonna lose so much muscle
I eat raw meat. Raw meat before its frozen is 80% more saturated calories and protein. So you get more full by less meat. It is also good for your overal characteristics.so raw meat?
