If you are atleast 18 and want to get lean fast and you are pussy and dont want to use reta, the way to drop weight fastis not a some calorie deficit/ reta but to never be sober, spend every waking moment on something. Alcohol is the easiest but you will lose so much, dropped like 5 kilos in 3 weeks and if you are in uni it makes it so much easier to do this method.
