How to lean out safely as a 16 year old

I’m 16,5,11 and I’m 180 around 20-23% bf and I wanna get to 15% but I don’t wanna crash my test. I’m eating around 1900-2300 calories a day and I walk 8-15k steps a day

I eat 145g of protein.70g of fat and 130-200g of carbs

What should I do
