Or you could just eat high in protein and in caloric deficit and lose weight like every normal person that lost weight ever u dont need to suffer and be hungry
This. People think you have to feel hunger to be losing weight but that's not true. Just eat more protein which is more satiating

Calorie deficit and cut sugar completely. Limit your carbs.

if you're still getting fatter (weighing more), then something you are eating is high calorie. And it's not carrots, cucumbers, broccoli, or celery.

Count your calories, figure out what's high calorie, and cut it out or minimize it more.

A few small handful of nuts is equal to backpacks full of vegetables.
