Im at 25% bf. Need to get to 6% by november 10th for school trip. Help me out boyos

First of all dropping down to 6% is just not gonna happen for Natties without looking like a Auschwitz prisoner and/or suffering serious health consequences. Ever. Try aiming for 12% MAX long term.

Second of all, getting from 25% to 6% in a month is laughable. If you're 100kg, you're asking to lose 21kg in 4 weeks. I don't think anyone here can pull that off. Anyone who says otherwise is bs-ing.

Focus on fixing your dietary habits first. Drop soda, reduce junk food a little, add in vegetables and lean meat, try to eat more fruits. Then come back in a month or two once you've taken these small steps and we'll tell you more.

You need to increase your muscle mass if you want to stay lean, get yo ass in the gym
