How to leanmaxx during puberty?

Im already about 16-18% bf with a fair amount of muscle. I want to lose bf without sacrifcing muscle while in puberty, but i have to go in a caloric deficit, will i stunt my growth and what is the best way to go around doing this without cope methods like cutting after pubertys over bc i dont want to wait allat time.
 
if u go in a slight deficit youre not gonna stunt anything and will lose very few muscle, 250-350

you don't need a deficit. the answer is intermittent fasting.

good advice he could also just hop on DNP get rid of the weight as quick as possible so hes not in a constant state of starvation
 
What do u think is the maximum deficit you can do while in puberty?
as i said 250-350 is good, and i swear if someone still types in fasting imma lose it

Js stay in a ~300 deficit until u reached the level of lean u wanna be. Js gotta make sure ur protein intake is still sufficient to grow and make sure to consume ur carbs cleverly before gym. Also eat filling foods otherwise ur js gonna starve even if ur hitting macros with “protein shakes” or whatever.
