Suffer from disgustingly short midface, increasing it would make me ascend. Any ideas and experimental shit for how to do this without surgery?

So far I’ve heard hgh mouth breathing but I feel that alone won’t cut it. Anything that could actually work?

What would lengthen it in theory? I keep hearing a low set maxilla would, is that really the thing that would in theory?

People also say that a low set maxilla would sabotage having strong facial features, yet men have longer midfaces than women and have stronger features so I don’t know if this makes sense
