How to Lessen/Get Rid of Dark Circles/Eye Bags Without Surgery?

Any products? Any and all recommendations are good, I don't know how bad my dark circles are, I've been trying to sleep better and drink more water, hopefully it's not irreversible. Any good tips to lessen, hide, or get rid of dark circles/eye bags around eyes?

I think it might be combination of lack of sleep and dehydration

I'm not 100% sure but I'm pretty sure that's the reason as I've been bad on that front.

Yes, fillers are non-permanent.

If it’s hyperpigmentation you can use a mix of depigmentimg creams like hydroquinone and kojic acid. This really only applies if you’re ethnic and dark skinned. In light skinned folks, usually it’s hollowing that’s the main cause.
