How to lighten lips

The darker outer variant is obviously exposed to sun, I’ve recently started MT2 and I know that had an impact on the darkening of my sun receiving outer lip, but how do I lighten it back to a more pink colour?
I’m thinking of using sunscreen 24/7 only on lips and potentially using rosy Vaseline (not sure if cope).
If you have any suggestions to brighten my lips please let me know.
