How to lighten skin tone drastically?

I'm white but have a yellowish tan,but it's not the ideal tan I almost look sick and dirty. Lightening my skin tone will better suit my coloring (blue eyes, brown hair) is there something I can do to lighten it drastically ? I'm ready to do anything.

ive never seen anyone with brown hair and blue eyes look worse with tanner skin tbh but just stop going into the sun if you really want it
