Depends. they're also bad for your liver, that's why I said you probably wouldn't want to do them. If you were lighter before and recently darkened due to taking certain stuff or being exposed in the sun for a long time, glutathione shots will lighten you, and the effect will bring you back to your natural skin tone unless you get exposed to whatever darkened you again.

Special emphasis on them being expensive as hell and hepatoxic. You'd be better practicing the other stuff on that list and seeing what gets you a result, I can guarantee most of it will work, but it will just take longer, but I mean you've been darker for years, so what's a few extra months?
Eh, I'm not willing to debate it, but I also won't completely agree with you. The supplements are potentially cope, they do have glutathione boosting effects, and gluta does reduce melanin, but is this systemically significant? Who knows, but why not give it a shot?

Also man I’ve been taking l glutathione for like two months now and not seen a change in skin colour, I take like 4 pills of them per day which are 500mg per pill so I take 2000mg a day of l glutathione in pill form should I just take more per day or what?
I did it give it a shot and they rarely work , boosting glutathione production in your body doesn't necessarily that the glutathione will take into effect , and the supplements rarely get absorbed and the glutathione boosting process using these supplements is unsure

I already avoid the sun and I live in England where it’s rarely sunny and I still have this darkened skin from sun burn from years ago at the beach
it lightens skin by getting rid of areas of hyperpigmentation from the sun or what not. Also breaks down melanin. And yes its permanent

Water is excellent for all of your body but if you drink too much you will suffer from renal failure. Anything in excess is bad for you and disrupts homeostasis in your body, that includes antioxidants too.
