Basically you need some big lights with big surfaces, or use reflectors, diffusers, ring lights, etc. - so light comes from all angles and there aren't any shadows on your face and any wrinkles or imperfections are softened, this is what they use in glamour photos and film, music videos, professional camming, porn movies, etc.
