how old are you?

I grew clavicles from 21.5 -22.5 significantly. I changed my nutrition to more animal fats and protein, valued my sleep a bit more and started working out. Maybe I was genetically destined to JUST have large clavicles while all my other bones are genetically small. How likely is that? I mean my brother who is about the same age as me, has thicker and longer bones everywhere except in one place, the clavicles. My clavicles are a lot longer than his.

So my advice would be to do those three things, working out (if you dont already) with heavy weight, compound movements, good nutrition (I gained close to 30kg bodyweight and still had a sixpack all the time), and better and longer sleep. Additionally you could use growth hormone if you really care about it (as long as your growth plates are not fused yet, all of this will work)

now I was a late bloomer and my bone age was about 2-3years younger than my actual age, so take that into account

You could fraud however temporary, by pretending to be a traveler/blogger/vlogger/etc. and ask random people to take photos with you. You could try in a vacation place, party area, resort town, etc. find some drunk people and it would look in the photos like you are just a bunch of friends having fun.
