Then maybe the hair man. For the rest your face looks kinda normal. Good symmetry and harmony. I did some face apps for you. I think covering your forehead a little works well for you and you look more like a prettyboy rather than rapist the other thing that works on the face app is adding more volume, texture and waves to your hair. You can try salt spray or watch some tutorial on youtube. There are a lot of tutorials on how to add more volume and waves to straight hair. Short is not really working. Best to keep it long and follow my tips.

Personally I don't see anything particularly scary about you. It may have been just a coincidence.
