im invited to a small pool party because i know the girl whos organizing it
im already quite lean, but im still bloated facialy
im 188 cm tall and weigh about 70 kg (athletic build, not too skinny) with a decent frame
my face is average, maybe a little above average
there will be 3 guys and 8 girls.
what should i do to look my best ?
im planning on doing cardio every day until the pool party ( i dont do that normaly but i have to look debloated )
the pool party is on tuesday afternoon and will probably last until the evening
