I am already starting to go the gym and maybe changing my diet.

Anything else I can do because I’m broke and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to afford surgery.

Do that to and add some peptides for growth hormone like cjc for example and if your growth hormone is low you might be able to get hgh which would save you, go to the hospital and do a test but it seems weird cause you have all the signs for low growth hormone exept youre tall which is weird

Honestly dude people here are just kind of ocerlu mean so try to take everything with a grain of salt and look at everything objectively, youre not super good looking but not weird looking or creepy so i think youll be fine but you can still fix your issues sithone sirgery prettt much
