Much like you'd approach the subject with yourself you gotta figure out what her issues are an how you can address them and max her out.

Women are generally much more open to surgery and may already want some anyway. My fiancee for example wanted a nose job and fat grafts. By living with me she was able to afford those things. I also cook like 90% of our meals and because she no longer eats like a dumpster she's lost some weight and her skin got a lot better too.
