edit maybe canthoplasty, nct seems to be your biggest flaw but you don't look like a good candidate for it tbh, better pics are needed

Like someone above mentioned your Negative canthal tilt is off-putting, fix it via surgery. I'm sure you have heard this before but a rhinoplasty and something to make your lips wider, you can try the microstomia device (not a shill).
