How to looksmaxx at 16? I got a few questions. I’m 16 5’8 and around 66.5kg. Should I prioritize leanmaxxing and being In a cal deficit or eating as much as I can to promote more growth. I was doing a cal deficit of 1500 with a maintenance of 2500 until I realize that this could stunt my growth and i was starving myself basically. So what’s the best thing I can prioritize and do now?
