@magnificentcel I'm saying that you can always lose fat if fat exists on you and even if you have terrible bones, it still wouldn't prevent you from having a lean face. You'd just look bad or slightly better.

Serious answer:
If you're already lean, losing more weight will barely change your face.

Facial fat = genetics. To reduce facial fat you'd have to do it locally, think of: liposuction, kybella injection, maybe certain transdermal drugs(caffeine, aminophillyne, clenbuterol, etc...), contrast therapy as well.
