I’ve already lost 30kgs, I’m still a fat fuck, i went on a refuel for hormones and now i want to drop 10-15kgs of fat, asap nothing seems to work as fast as I want it to, I just want to lose 2kgs of fat a week but it’s almost impossible even during a pure fast and extreme exercise

lol @TajManzoor this ain't rocket science but ur still gonna failo if u dont get the diet right.

eating less calories is obvious, but if you're not hitting protein goals while in a deficit you'll just lose muscle and look worse. that's the real drag. focus on that and you won't be a walking skeleton.
 
RETA and calorie deficit u fat fuck pig, u probably look like that one perfect body made to survive a car crash.
Go to gym, pin reta weekly (start 1mg), under 1800 calories + 170g protein, and max incline treadmill afterwards 30 min MINIMUM.

Only way

Or throw up after every meal u ate but u will still look like shit even if u lose weight.

You can try DNP if your not a moron. Risk is too high imo but just take Reta slupp332 and clen that shit works wonders
 
Stairmasters will get you good bro, cut down the junk and also do muscle training alongside your cardio, because why not win win
